Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Avoid this hotel. It appears to operate under another name, Hotel Dream View. The room and common areas were not clean, and the overall hygiene standards were poor. The staff was unhelpful and rude throughout the check-in process. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was asked to pay nearly twice the booked amount in cash, which was completely unacceptable. When I questioned the extra charge, the staff responded unprofessionally and were unwilling to assist. My experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here. Travelers should be cautious and confirm all charges in writing before arriving.
