There is a sign by the entrance of the main building claiming this is a 4 star mansion. I would give it 2 stars - and still being generous. Our room (in a red brick building far from the main) was small, run down – and with a cheap double bed. On the hottest day of the year we could not open the windows, as they were right next to the entrance. Of course no air-con, but thankfully a fan. The estate have several dead trees, and more seem to be dying. Paint is peeling off the grand old main house. On the positive side: Great breakfast, friendly staff and the golfing seems good (not a golfer myself). For a stopover, look elsewhere. For a golf weekend with buddies, it might be your thing. Just don‘t expect high standard accommodation.

Lyhört. Lät som elefanter gick i rummen ovan. Omodernt liten tv- skärm. Fanns ingen bra lättare meny ex för fika en sallad i baren etc. Inget nescafe/ the på rummet. MYCKET bra och ta tacksamt att man kunde ha med hundar utan extra kostnad. Ger överlag intryck av att vara en välfungerande verksamhet. Vänligt.
