Ok place let down by poor service. On arrival day I hadn’t received check in instructions, I had to nudge them for that. Booked a double and was given a twin. As I landed at night there was none to ask for change. Message service asked me to ask that directly to office staff rather than coordinating themselves, and not possible outside their 9am-3pm hours (I found the office empty one day at 1pm) . Safe was not working and as there’s no staff in place their online messages said they’d try to fix that next day but after I left for a tour carrying my valuables - they didn’t fix it and I had to carry them all three days. Shower in poor conditions and leaking. Staff only on certain hours and therefore feels uncertain to leave valuables without a working safe - and if something goes wrong outside their 9-3 then you’re on your own.

Lovely space

The care and detail put into the design of this space is admirable. Room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Bed was comfortable and they provided nice towels. It was a bit further away from the main sites but it’s an easy walk. Very quiet area.

Sienna Apartments Skopje offered comfortable and spacious accommodation that made my visit to the city enjoyable. The room itself was impressively roomy, providing ample space to relax and unpack, which is always a welcome feature, especially for longer stays. The apartment felt well-maintained and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately put me at ease. I also found the service to be very good and responsive; any queries or requests I had were addressed promptly and efficiently by the staff. The reason I'm giving a 4-star rating instead of a perfect 5 is due to a couple of issues that, while not deal-breakers, did slightly impact my experience. Firstly, the reception is only available after 4:00 PM, which could be inconvenient for guests arriving later or needing assistance outside of those hours. Secondly, and a bit more frustrating, clean towels were not provided on the third day of my stay. It's a small detail, but one that's easily overlooked and impacts daily comfort. Regarding the location, it's worth noting that Sienna Apartments are about a 30-minute walk from the Old Town. While this wasn't a major issue for me as I enjoy walking, it's something to consider for those who prefer to be right in the heart of the historical center or rely solely on public transport/taxis.

Friendly Staff in new hotel near City Center.

Very helpful staff! I enjoyed staying here. It’s about a 10-12 minute walk to the main attractions in Skopje, but it’s not a bad walk. I would stay here again.
