Nice hotel near the Center

All was pleasant in this facility. People were very helpful Location was also very good near the bus station and the old part of the town , old bazaar. People in the hotel also were friendly and helpful . The atmosphere was very good.

Really good location

Great location! Friendly staff. Bed comfy, but a/c not up to task. Parking very tight if you arrive late. Skopje very pleasant surprise - was there on a Friday night, went out for something to eat around 21:30 and found streets very lively both in bazaar and plazas - really enjoyed it and stayed out longer than planned.

Good location - helpful staff

Very nice 2 star hotel - no real facilities apart from a good breakfast. Very close to the bazaar area, so nice bars & restaurants were only a few. minutes walk away If I visited Skopje again, I would not hesitate to stay here again - staff were also very friendly & helpful (front desk is manned 24 hours a day - they can organize taxi's to & from the airport for approx. EUR 15 each-way).

A great place to stay

This was the last stop of our trip and we LOVED the proximity of the hotel to the Old Town and the rest of the sights in Skopje. Although the area around the hotel seemed sketchy at first, it was actually safe and convenient.

Great, friendly service. Friendly hotel staff. They provided me breakfast earlier just for me because of my morning flight. Willing to provide a map and advice on the local sights. Excellent wifi. Best place to stay in Skopje for this price point.

conveniently located by the old town

Walking disctance to old town. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, though they put enough beds to hold my wife and two kids. Hotel is also located among some old (and rough) looking buildings. Parking is also available.

Noisy hotel

Location is ok in the old town but it's not that easy to find and taxi drivers do not seem to know where it is. Breakfast was disappointing but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very noisy and I could not sleep properly. I think there are better places to stay in Skopje

Good location and great staff

The only thing I could fault, considering the low price of staying here, is the airconditioning didn't seem to work too well. Beyond this the hotel does the job - its got a good location (close to the old town and 5-10mins walk to city centre) and seemed clean. The staff could speak english very well for non-local visitors and were extremely helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location

Very friendly staff. No lift (if that bothers you), but it isn't a high rise building and the staff were quite insistent on carrying my case up the stairs for me. Don't be put off by other reviews pointing out the noise from the street in rooms at the front of the hotel. It didn't bother me at all.

Terrible, this people still don't know what double

Glazing means very noisy, no double glasing, restaurant mainly serves junk food, terrible night sleep with the trams going until late st night and starting early in the morning. Avoid at any cost unless you are a stag night and you don't care as you will be comtoused from alcohol.

Helpful and nice staff. The breakfast was so so. Modern and clean inside. Walking distance to most things. Watch out for the pick-pocketing children of the neighborhood/ tourist areas.

Nice Hotel In Good Location.

Easy walking distance to a lot of the local attractions. Located by the Old Bazaar, you can stroll down past shops, cafes and bars before getting to the Stone Bridge and Main Square. Parade of nice bars and restaurants are just on the other side of the river on your left. Would use this hotel again when back in Skopje

Nice hotel

We were across for the football, we were able to walk to the stadium form the hotel. Staff were really helpful. My son left his bank card and they even phoned us when we got back to the UK to let us know they had it and offered t post it.

NIce Hotel

I stayed here for one night during a business trip. This is a small but pleasant hotel. Exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff could not do enough to make my stay a pleasant one. There is no facility for meals other than breakfast. Although there are numerous restuarants within a 2 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel for a short business trip or a weekend break.

Hotel Hamburg is a new hotel and is in a central location to the city of Skopje. I stayed there with my family for two nights and found it one of the best hotels I have stayed in through our travels in Europe.
