There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens.
The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic.
Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

The area is quiet and small. In the same building, are also located the : "Ninemia" Sea front apartment, "Eftopia" Sea front apartment & "Philoxenia" Sea frontapartment.

From Loutraki harbour, as well as, from the traditional amphitheatric village of Glossa (3km by car and about 15-20 minutes from the walking paths), you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset on the island. The island also has a lot of vegetation and a lots of walking areas.
