Lovely friendly pub and hotel in a gorgeous location. We had drinks, evening meal and breakfast which were all beautifully cooked and presented as well as being delicious and freshly prepared. The staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going here again

We stayed in cottage 3 only one night unfortunately as I could look at that view from our window forever. The cottage was spotless and lovely and warm and there was everything you could need for a longer stay . The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Most of all very,very dog friendly , excellent !

The cottage we stayed in was so cozy and was a great space for my family of 5. Peppa was very helpful in settling us in. The breakfast included was the most delicious and had a large variety of options. There are trails and a beautiful green space right beside the hotel making it so scenic.

Excellent breakfast. The food for dinner was average and over priced. A 10% optional service charge was added unless you asked for it not to be. I did this but felt awkward. The drinks prices were extortionate - £22.75 for two large glasses of house wine.

Stayed in the cottages for a wedding weekend. Everything was lovely and the location is just fabulous. The food was lovely and the staff all worked really hard and were there morning until night. The cosy lounges were a bit too warm when the fires were roaring but there are other rooms to sit in. Will definitely be back 👍
