The room was tidy and clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived early and placed our case in the room when if was ready. A beautiful stay in a beautiful location. The spa treatment I had was the best I've ever had! My only niggles were the 2 hour wait for breakfast without any explanation or apology and the Cocktail lounge was more like a waiting room. Maybe move the newspapers to the smaller lounges as 'reading rooms'?
