About this property
Beckside, Kettlewell, Yorkshire Dales
Comfortably sleeping six guests, Beckside sits in the heart of Kettlewell, a perfect base for exploring the hills, surrounding villages and historic sites whilst returning to enjoy the evening sun in the elevated garden or a drink in one of the local pubs. Kettlewell is a special place to unwind for new adventures to begin.
Surrounded by impressive views from the centre of the village, this lovingly restored cottage boasts a modern twist, under floor heating and exposed beams and stone walls, reminding those who stay of its intriguing past dating back to the reign of King George III.
Enter through the hallway into the beautifully designed open-plan living area sweeping right through to the French doors opening out onto the rear patio area, leading up to the pretty elevated garden. This light and airy space is simply ideal for family get together's seeking a touch of luxury deep in the heart of Wharfedale. The well-equipped kitchen featuring a large central island creates a fantastic social space before dining or better still leave the apron stings behind and wander along to one of the many eateries in the village.
Those seeking to dust off the walking boots and explore can make full use of the utility room and boot wash accessed via the kitchen. You can even enjoy the shower room adjacent to the kitchen, before freshening up in one of the three luxurious bedrooms on the first floor or simply soak and relax in the free standing bath in the family bathroom.
