Was greeted by the lady owner on arrival , who explained everything well . The room was clean and tidy with lots of toiletries , nice touch. Breakfast was a self service with lots to choose from , we were expecting a continental breakfast , but there were sausages, beans , boiled eggs and tinned tomatoes. The sausages let a fine breakfast down , but i am biased because i am a butcher with my own shop. So using catering sausages is a no no in my book .

Fantastic value for money

I was pleasantly suprised with how good the Singlecote hotel was. I wasn't expecting much given the cost of the room but it was fantastic value for money. The hotel and room was spotless and the complimentary continental breakfast was superb. There was so much fresh choice. If i am ever down from Scotland again, then i will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel and owners.

Our Singlecote stay

This is probably one of the best places, in Skegness, we have ever stayed in, over the last 30 years. It is dog friendly too. Lovely owner and staff. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast and spotlessly clean throughout. Well done and thank you. I highly recommend and we will stay again.

A great location a street back from the beach. The hotel was clean and there was an excellent choice for the continental breakfast. The room was comfy and had a hairdryer, complementary toothbrush/paste, shower cap, ear plugs etc. We stayed with our 2 children who loved the large sized bunk beds. The host was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. A lovely stay in a good location. Would recommend!

Lovely stay

Excellent value for money . Good breakfast choices many extra little touches. Very close centre and seafront. Highly recommend and stay again. Only small issue single rooom very small but no biggy reference the cost.
