Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Its not the hotels fault but some of the people that were staying there made it not so nice experience lot of banging and shouting at night and someone was trying to get into my room at one point. But overall the hotel itself is good for anyone travelling for a few nights in skegness.

Cannot complain for the value of money we got the room for £35 for night. This could be a really good and nice hotel if a bit of money was spent on it as it's a little run down and needs a spruce up but room was clean and adequate and bedding was clean etc but wasn't anything special but what can you expect for £35 for night

The continental breakfast was very nice. A good choice to pick from. Staff were pleasant. Comfy seating in the bar area Disappointed by a few things. No hand towels No bath mat so shower room floor was wet No bin for teabags / rubbish etc Empty pop bottle found under bed Cigarette nub in a drawer Crumbs in the little arm chair Big piece of wallpaper torn Couldn’t get tv to work Strange layout with double bed. Had awkward gap at the head. No spare pillows Definitely not as good as our previous visit in 2023 Needs a few tweaks as it is in the ideal position for us.
