* **Bedrooms:** Two bedrooms provide sleeping arrangements. One bedroom features a double bed, and the second bedroom offers single beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

* **Living Room:** The living area is designed for relaxation, with a sofa bed providing additional sleeping space. It's a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

* **Kitchen:** The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and kettle.

* **Full Bathroom:** The wet room is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring grab rails and a roll-in shower for ease of use.

* **Exterior:** Enjoy the outdoors with a private entrance and outdoor seating. The large outdoor area provides ample space for relaxation and socialising.

* **Hot Tub:** (Available June - September) Indulge in the luxury of a private hot tub, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the outdoors.

* **Dining Area:** A dedicated dining area is available for enjoying meals together.

* **Balcony:** Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

* **Pool:** (Guest passes may be required) Enjoy the communal pool.

* **Additional Amenities:** Free WiFi is available throughout the caravan for your convenience. Please note that towels are not provided, so kindly bring your own.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to your accessible holiday home and its amenities. You'll have private access to both bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and kettle), the wet room with its roll-in shower and grab rails, the living room with sofa bed, the dining area, and the balcony. Relax outdoors on your private outdoor seating area. From June to September, you can also enjoy the private hot tub. Please note that guest passes may be required to access the communal pool.

Nestled in the heart of Ingoldmells, you'll find yourself surrounded by the vibrant energy of a classic seaside town. Just a short stroll away, you can explore the bustling promenade, filled with amusement arcades, family-friendly attractions, and a variety of shops perfect for souvenir hunting. For dining, you're spoiled for choice with traditional fish and chips shops, ice cream parlors, and family restaurants all within easy reach. Fantasy Island Theme Park is a major draw, offering thrilling rides and entertainment for all ages, a short walk or drive away. The beach is also easily accessible, offering miles of sandy coastline for leisurely walks and seaside fun. The area is known for its lively atmosphere, especially during peak season, making it a fantastic location for a memorable holiday.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! The caravan is located in Ingoldmells, offering convenient access to various transportation options. For those arriving by car, free parking is available directly on the premises and on the street. The nearest bus stop is a short walk away, providing regular services to Skegness and surrounding areas. For train travel, Skegness train station is approximately a 15-minute drive, offering connections to major cities. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in the area. The caravan's location provides a great base for exploring the Lincolnshire coast and beyond, with easy access to attractions and amenities.



Other Things to Note:

Please note our check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you bring your own towels, as they are not provided. Guest passes for the pool may be required, so please inquire upon arrival. Pets are welcome, but there is an extra fee. Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan; however, there is a designated outdoor seating and smoking area. Quiet hours are observed between 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM. For any urgent matters during your stay, please use the platform messaging system for a prompt response.
