That caravan its self was very nice and clean. I have had one issue with the Butlins resort access. Due to the caravan being on the Butlins site you have to by passes for you

Beautiful clean caravan on a very clean site. Please note access passes are extra and we could not book shows as a guest caravan but this was not a problem for us at all. Got front row seats every night, swimming pool is amazing and the host could not do enough for us, lovely host, very profess Would definitely stay again and can't recommend enough.
