I did not like that the owner was not available on arrival. We had to ask another long term guest for advice. The owner could have left a message on access and room number. We found the added charge for towels and bed line to be unreasonable and not explicit. We will not recommend in spite of the quaint garden atmosphere

High price when everything is accounted for

Hotels.com does not present the total price for the room on their pages. There will be an additional fee for clean bedsheets and another for cleaning of the room. I knew it from the reviews, but it is very invisible on the presentation on the app. The host has a site spot on this issue after discussing this with previous guests. In my opinion the accommodation is rather expensive taken into account that the standard is ok on a good summer day, but low on a rainy day for people sleeping in the annex having to go to the facilities in the main building where the accessibility was possible for healthy people, but unavailable for handicapped people

It is not usual, a check-in that ends up at 5pm, but there was the notification to contact them to "make arrangements", so I called to try to make those arrangements less than an hour after the booking, as I could only be there at 7pm. I was told there was a late check-in fee that in my case, 400dkk, would amount to 30% on the overall booking price, and this fee was not disclosed upfront anywhere, and it was a non refundable booking. I asked the hotel where was that fee stated during the booking process. To no avail, they suggested me to talk to hotels.com so that they would put that info available to customers. I called Hotels.com support, they allegedly got in contact with the hotel, and told me they couldn't do nothing, I had to pay this fee that they did not know about, and that by the way was now 450 dkk. I was careful enough to ask both the hotel and Hotels.com what if on my arrival the fee suddenly changes to another even higher value, as it was never stated anywhere, what would prevent this situation from happening? I did not get an answer, unfortunately. I cancelled. I hope both the hotel and hotels.com enjoy the money, make good use of it. There's more to life than money. P.S.: I received finally a message from the hotel stating the late check-in fee, 8 hours after the booking time. Great. Thank you very much. I will consider being your customer eventually if there is no one else providing this service on the face of the earth.

Dette sted lever ikke op til hvordan det markedsføres. Når man booker står der intet om at det er et privat hjem uden bemandet reception. Det kostede mig 800,- fordi jeg kom for sent. Skulle ringe til en der kunne give mig en nøgle. Han var absolut ikke service minded og hele stedet var bare noget rod. Det flød med flasker og øldåser. Om fejlen ligger ved Hotels. Com eller hvordan stedet ønsker at fremstå ved jeg ikke men det er på en god dag et nedslidt vandrehjem med 2 toiletter til alle værelserne. Find noget andet!

Vi bodde i hytte i hagen. Enkel hytte med en dobbelseng. Kjøkken og bad i huset like ved siden av. Noe skeivheter i dør og vindu gjorde det utfordrende å åpne men det er ikke store problemet. Ellers litt trekninger og skeivheter på gulv. Utenfor i hagen er det ett eventyrland med fiskedam og et maritimt utrolig flott pynta miljø, med gode muligheter for rekreasjon og gode samtaler. Her scoorer det full pott og er bare helt magisk. I sum kan dette overnattings stedet anbefales på det sterkeste. Kan ikke bli mere sentralt og med sykkelutleie rett over gata er dette en god 10 er. Meget skuffende

Opholdet levede ikke op til mine forventninger. Boede i hytte i baghaven, og fik oplyst ved booking, der var badeværelse og toilet på værelset. Men nej; de faciliteter lå i kælderen i en anden bygning. Hytten var meget slidt og dør og vindue var svære at lukke. Beliggenheden i byen var det eneste positive.

Hyggeligt og rart at være

Et fantastisk hyggelig sted, med fisk i haven. Der er en rar atmosfære vedligeholdt, pænt fælles køkkenet pæne fælles toilet og baderum. Ejeren Michael er en hyggelig mand, som gør at for at man skal føle sig hjemme. Centralt liggende for alt i byen. Helt sikkert et sted jeg vil vende tilbage til.

Et hyggeligt overnatningssted, meget centralt, det tager 2 minutter til restaurantgaden. Fælles køkken, badeværelse og toilet. Værelset stort med to senge, fjernsyn og gratis Wifi. Låsene til værelse og badeværelse på anden sal trænger til at blive skiftet ud, de er vanskelige. Gårdhaven fantastisk med dam og fisk, man kan sidde ude og spise morgenmad. Kaffe og te gratis i køkkenet. Venlig reception og neget rimelige priser.
