The resort is kept impeccably clean. Our Guest Experience Manager, Ann Marie was indeed a GEM. She explained everything we needed to know about the resort. We were looking for a tranquil and relaxed environment and this is certainly it. The resort offers a lot of options to unwind and relax, along with an incredible views, especially from one of the panoramic view rooms.

Management te constantly check up on guests to make sure the stay is pleasant and to address any concerns one might have. Hotel is very clean in general, easy access to facilities and have buggies available at all time to bring guests around the property.
