Wonderful Location

A somewhat quirky house on two levels with three good size bedrooms but six people might find the living areas a bit small. For the two of us it was ideal. Lots of outdoor space with plenty of shade. Walking distance to the beach, harbour and several good restaurants. A really good base to explore the region.

Jolie maison trĂšs bien entretenue et trĂšs bien situĂ©e ! La deco est soignĂ©e et la maison trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre avec une grande terrasse extĂ©rieure. La maison est au calme ce qui permet de bien se reposer ! TrĂšs bonne communication avec le propriĂ©taire et les dames s’occupant des entrĂ©es et sorties sont adorables ! Je recommande vivement !

Das Haus von Valerie und Pierre ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und der große Garten ist naturbelassen und vollstĂ€ndig eingezĂ€unt, was den Aufenthalt mit Hund deutlich entspannt gestaltet. Die KĂŒche ist zwar sehr klein , aber funktional ausgestattet und alle wichtigen GegenstĂ€nde sind vorhanden (viel besser als in den meisten FerienhĂ€usern!). Die Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind gut. Im Elternschlafzimmer ist ausreichend Platz fĂŒr Kleidung, dieses ist in den anderen beiden Zimmern leider nicht der Fall. Da wir nur mit 2 Erwachsenen angereist waren, stellte dies fĂŒr uns kein Problem dar. Die Kommunikation mit Valerie und Pierre erfolgt schnell und freundlich. Bis zum Hafen und Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, aber der Weg fĂŒhrt ĂŒber eine wenig befahrenen Nebenstraße. Ein Manko waren in diesem Jahr die vielen MĂŒcken, die es uns leider nicht möglich gemacht haben die Terrasse /den Garten zu genießen.

Fijn en modern huisje in een rustige wijk.

Schoon en modern huisje met prima faciliteiten! De bedden wel laag voor senioren en dekbedden ipv dekens zou hygienischer zijn. Prettig dat er ook enkele mountainbikes waren om even naar het strand te fietsen.Le Brusc is klein maar gezellig met voldoende restaurants. Omgeving ook erg de moeite waard!

Mittendrin und doch naturnah

Tolles Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Trotz kleiner KĂŒche alles machbar. Im Sommer ĂŒberzeugt die Außendusche und die extra Toilette mit Waschmaschine.Die Klimaanlage ist neu und funktioniert einwandfrei, nur SchrĂ€nke sind wenige da. Absolut empfehlenswert fĂŒr Familien, auch mit Hund.

Maison conforme Ă  la description et aux photos. Grand salon tĂ©lĂ© trĂšs confortable. La cuisine est petite mais bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La salle de douche intĂ©rieure est petite mais il y a une autre douche Ă  l’extĂ©rieur qui doit ĂȘtre utile l’étĂ©. Nous avons eu un souci de plomberie qui a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©solu en 48h. Grand jardin bien clĂŽturĂ©. Merci d’avoir acceptĂ© notre chien. La mĂ©tĂ©o nous a permis de profiter de la grande terrasse en bois trĂšs agrĂ©able. L’environnement est calme et le port du Brusc avec ses commerces est Ă  10-15 minutes de marche .

Super toller Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. In einem schönen 15 minĂŒtigen Spaziergang kann Mann zum Strand und zu Strandpromenade mit reichlichen Restaurants gelangen. Ein Urlaub mit dem Hund ist auch kein Problem, da das komplette GelĂ€nde umzĂ€unt ist. Bei Problemen wurde immer schnell reagiert und nach einer Lösung gesucht.

traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich hervorragend und auch das GrundstĂŒck mit der riesigen Pinie und den zirpenden Zikaden. Sehr schön auch die Veranda mit Markise, die zum stundenlangen Entspannen einlĂ€dt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles hat seinen Platz und funktioniert. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lieu agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La maison est simple et confortable. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse spacieuse et bien ombragée. La distance pour la plage, les activités et les courses est raisonnable et evite au maximum l'utilisation de la voiture.

We enjoyed our holiday in the house. The house is really fully equipped. The outdoor shower, which we used regularly, is great. The nearest beach isn't that nice, but there are some idyllic beaches nearby. Overall recommended.
