Hotelli vastasi varaustamme siihen asti kun menimme huoneeseen ja parisĂ€nky + 2 vuodetta oli vaihtunut kahteen erilliseen sĂ€nkyyn ja sohvaan. Respa vĂ€itti vastaavan varausta. Hotels comin lĂ€hettĂ€mĂ€ssĂ€ vahvistuksessa oli selvĂ€sti kerrottu parisĂ€ngystĂ€, josta veloitettiin korkeampi hinta. Hintaan kuului siivous; sĂ€ngyn petaus oli jÀÀnyt puolitiehen, samoin kuin likainen pĂ€ivĂ€peitto oli vaihtamatta. Siivous ei nĂ€köjÀÀn koskenut kylppĂ€riĂ€. Huoneen nĂ€köalat oli ravintolan katolle, ikkunan edessĂ€ oli rakennustelineet. Aamulla herĂ€simme siihen, ettĂ€ rakennusmiehet oli töissĂ€ ikkunamme edessĂ€. MielestĂ€mme 340 € kahdesta yöstĂ€ ei vastaa hinta/laatu kuvaamme. Tilava parkkipaikka sopi hyvin perĂ€kĂ€rrimme sĂ€ilytykseen sillĂ€ aikaa kun tutustuimme alueen nĂ€htĂ€vyyksiin.

Hotellet var funktionellt med en stor simhall. NÀr vi skulle Àta i restaurangen fick vi vÀnta lÀnge pÄ att fÄ ett bord. NÀr vi frÄgade varför fick vi ett arrogant bemötande. Matsalen hade flera bord lediga, trots det vÀntade vi i över en timme utan att förstÄ varför.

Asiakaspalvelu hotellin ravintolassa oli erittĂ€in hidasta ja vĂ€linpitĂ€mĂ€töntĂ€. meitĂ€ ei edes tervehditty ja odotimme pöytiinohjausta 15min, vaikka olimme ainoat ”jonottajat”. ruan valmistunisajaksi meille sanottiin 40min-tunti, koska oli kiirettĂ€, mutta ruuat saimme vasta 1,5h pÀÀstĂ€ ja silloinkin kylminĂ€, koska tarjoilijalla oli kiire laskuttaa edellisiĂ€ asiakkaita ja ruuat odottivat tiskillĂ€ arviolta 10min ajan... palvelua saimme ruotsiksi, vaikka olemme suomenkielisiĂ€, ei voi kyllĂ€ millÀÀn suositella paikkaa tĂ€llĂ€ kokemuksella

Hotell i bra skick för att ha sÄ mÄnga Är pÄ nacken. Detta Àr perfekt för spa vistelse och konferens pÄ plats, finns inget direkt i nÀrheten men en större stad 15 km dÀrifrÄn. (Lohja) Hotell och personal fÄr högsta betyg, rent och frÀscht i rummet och i Hotellet i övrigt, bra frukost, provade inte restaurangen annars. Var dÀr pÄ vintertid sÄ kan inte sÀga nÄt om omgivningen annars, Àr nog mycket aktiviteter pÄ sommaren. Mycket positivt helhetsintryck.
