It’s a quiet neighborhood, parking under overhang for 1 car, wood burning stove in living room, radiant heaters in all areas/rooms. It is a quiet and peaceful place. We have six stairs leading up to the main entrance door, inside we have 14 steps down to the lower level to the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room.

Beatiful Stay in Sitka

Great location, especially if you want to relax and not be in the middle of Sitka and all the curise ship tourists, but short trip to town and trails. Nice view from balcony, very comfortable, short walk to SeaMart, food and drink, along the water side. Would definitely stay again.

The duplex was perfect for our family vacation. It was well stocked and exceptionally clean. The view from the porch was amazing. The hosts event shared some fresh caught Salmon. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views and comfortable stay

After an Alaskan Dream cruise we finished our vacation here. Walked into town a few times but mostly enjoyed the quiet and the beautiful views of this property. They even had snacks in the kitchen! Smart TV made it easy to log in and watch some of our shows too. This place was a great choice.

We loved our stay in Sitka! The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable. Beautiful view from the upstairs living room and porch of the ocean. We were able to use public transit to get downtown during the week and it was an easy walk to the grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.
