The 60sqm upper floor consists of three very comfortable and stylish bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub. Each bedroom has 1 double bed, large fitted wardrobe and balcony access.

The villa is located in a 5,000 sq.m. gated property, with an olive grove and fruit trees with seasonal produce. The central feature of the property is the pool, marked by a 30-year old palm tree.
