The apartment was built in 2016/2017 on the foundations of a former bakery. What makes it special is that you'll be staying in a high-ceilinged room made of stone, wood, and glass. The apartment includes a bathroom (shower/toilet, sink) and an anteroom. Here you'll find the washing machine and two bicycles. Using the bicycles costs only €3.50 per day/per bicycle. The apartment's elevated location is another distinctive feature. You have a sweeping view over the village to the sea and Mount Athos. You can enjoy this view through a wide balcony door or from the balcony itself, which comfortably seats two and bathes the mornings in bright sunlight. From here, you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia by bicycle or car. You can park your car either in a nearby public parking lot or in our private parking space directly below the apartment. Sykia village itself is relatively untouched by tourism; unlike other communities on Sithonia, it's lively year-round. Accordingly, you'll always find open cafes and tavernas here, even outside the peak season. Since there are neither street names nor house numbers in the village, check-in is done via a detailed description of the apartment; you open the key box containing the key with a code. Alternatively, you can be picked up from outside the "Mimosa" taverna by us or our property manager and taken to the house.
