Portman Duplex

Duplex in the center of Sitges, a 5-minute walk from the beach, close to restaurants and the pedestrian center of the city.

This apartment, which can accommodate up to 7 people, has two floors. On the first floor, you'll find the living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), and access to a spacious terrace with an awning, perfect for enjoying the sun and city views. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed (three single beds in total). Both bedrooms open onto a small interior balcony where the washing machine and dryer are located. There is also a full bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor, with a sloping roof, you will find a full bathroom with a shower and two single beds. The penthouse apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The building has an elevator and includes a parking space.

Sitges stay

Apartment was good. Electric outlets in the kitchen were broken. Water pressure in the shower was not to good and the hairdryer broke. Otherwise we loved it. Close to everything and train station

Er kunnen 7 personen slapen, maar geen 7 personen wonen: hooguit 4. De verdieping naar boven verloopt via een trap van 50 cm en dan stootje je hoofd vanwege de dakbalken. Bukken dus. In de kleine ruimte is een piepklein dakraam. In de daaropvolgende slaapkamer is geen raam. De kraan in de bovendouche werkte niet, maar na 2 keer klagen kwam er een opgewekte monteur, die de douche op een aanvaardbare stand zette onder de vermelding dat de kraan niet echt goed meer werkte. Niet meer aankomen dus. De doucheruimte beneden moet nodig worden opgeknapt: zwarte vlekken en schimmel, De douche werkte prima. De huiskamer geeft ruimte voor maximaal 4 personen of je kan buiten zitten, waar je ook moet eten. Bij de hitte, die heerste, was dat geen pretje. De airco werkt fantastisch. Expedia ga een keer kijken.
