This cozy and bright apartment is located on Sant Bartomeu Street, a central but quiet street with few shops. It's 2 minutes from Sitges train station and 2 minutes from Sant Sebastià beach in Sitges.

Located on the second floor without an elevator, the Olivia apartment is a comfortable apartment for 4 people.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a double bed, ample closet space, and air conditioning; the second bedroom has two single beds.

The apartment is renovated and tastefully decorated with top-quality furniture. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

We have air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. The living room has a small balcony overlooking Sant Bartomeu Street, and the kitchen has a storage area for beach equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any meal; it's spacious and very functional.

The Olivia apartment is a fantastic place to spend a holiday in the center of Sitges, very close to beaches, shops and restaurants.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
