For stays ending on or after January 1, 2027, Oregon`s Transient Lodging Tax increases from 1.5% to 2.75%. Because our reservation system cannot automatically apply this future tax change to reservations booked before January 1, 2027, the additional 1.25% will be added separately to applicable 2027 reservations as a Nature Conservation Fee.

Upstairs, the inviting bedroom is designed for relaxation and mountain charm. A plush king bed promises restful nights, while a cozy daybed alcove adds a touch of comfort, perfect for reading. The room features a generous closet and an ensuite bath, balancing warmth and sophistication.

With 1.5 newly updated bathrooms, getting ready is effortless. The upstairs ensuite features dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and spa-inspired finishes, while the downstairs half bath adds convenience. Primary bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels, and a hairdryer.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and ready for whatever you’re cooking up. A small bar with seating and the adjacent dining area make gathering for a bite easy and convenient. The living room offers a cozy space to kick back with comfortable seating, a Smart TV for streaming, and big windows that let in tons of natural light. (The fireplace is not currently available for guest use.)

Step onto your private deck and take in postcard-perfect views of the golf course and Black Butte beyond. Lounge by the fire pit, grill dinner on the propane BBQ, or simply relax with a drink as the sun sets over the fairway. We provide a private, locked storage area with two bikes for guest use, plus room to securely store your gear (golf clubs, skis, etc.).

• Private Access: Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire Golf Views Condo #101, including the private deck and the in-unit amenities.

• Keyless Entry: The condo is equipped with a smart lock on the front door. Guests will receive their personal door code 72 hours before arrival.

• Resort Amenities: All registered guests have full access to the extensive amenities of Black Butte Ranch, including the pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, paved bike trails, restaurants, and common areas.

• Bonus Storage: We also provide private access to a locked storage area containing two guest bicycles, and space to store your own gear (golf clubs, skis, etc.).

✷ Financial & Resort Fees ✷
• BBR Daily Resort Fee: Black Butte Ranch charges an additional 12% access and recreation fee on top of the nightly rental rate. This fee is collected through your booking platform and is paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

• Damage Protection: Please note that in the event of any damages during your stay, our partner Truvi may reach out to you to assist with resolving the issue.

🚫 No Parties / Events: Please do not exceed our maximum guest count (Sleeps 2 adults + daybed nook). Please adhere to local quiet hours of 10 PM until 8 AM. Any noise complaints will result in additional fees.

🚭 No Smoking: Please refrain from smoking inside or near the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee for odor removal.

🐾 No Pets: We love furry friends, but our home is unable to accommodate pets at this time.

✨ Cleaning & Sanitation: The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. We use a thorough and professional cleaning process between each guest.

We respect your privacy during your stay, but we`re always just a message or phone call away if you need anything.

• Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
• The Black Butte Ranch Resort Fee is included as a separate line item with your reservation. Upon arrival, all guests must stop at the Welcome Center to register their vehicles and receive gate cards and recreation passes.
• Pets, smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.
• Air conditioning is available for your comfort during the warmer months.
• During the summer months, Central Oregon may experience wildfire activity that can impact air quality, visibility, and outdoor recreation. While these events are uncommon, they are a natural part of the region and are outside the control of homeowners and property managers.
• Winter visitors should be prepared for changing mountain weather. Snow and ice are common during the winter months, and AWD or 4WD vehicles may be recommended depending on conditions.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. COR Vacation Rentals` cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of weather, wildfire activity, smoke conditions, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, joints, and other smoking products. If smoke odor or evidence of smoking is found, including cigarette or cigar butts, ash, or residue, the guest may be charged up to $500 for additional cleaning, odor removal, remediation, and related costs.
• Please use all furnishings and appliances for their intended use.
• Pets are allowed at the house. Mandatory pet fee will apply.
• Pet rules: no pets on furniture, pick up waste, no unattended pets unless crated, keep on leash outdoors, report accidents immediately, guest liable for damage.
• Renters must display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in ticket or towing of vehicle at vehicle owner`s expense.
• No children under the age of 12 permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision.
•Never stand on hot tub cover. Renter will be responsible for any damage due to misuse.
• All guests and vehicles must register at the Welcome Center upon arrival to Black Butte Ranch.
