Main Condo (#32)
The main condo is where everyone naturally comes together. Enjoy a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and in-unit laundry. Whether you`re enjoying breakfast before a day on the Ranch or relaxing together after an afternoon of adventure, this is where everyone naturally comes together. Families traveling with little ones will also appreciate the provided Pack `n Play and high chair.

Private Suites (#33 & #34)
Attached to the main condo are two private suites, each with its own bedroom, private bathroom, air conditioning, and private entrance. They`re perfect for grandparents, another family, or couples who appreciate a little extra privacy.

The main condo serves as the shared gathering space with the kitchen, dining area, and living room, while the two private suites are designed exclusively for sleeping and relaxing. This unique layout gives everyone their own place to recharge while keeping the entire group together.

You`ll have exclusive access to all three connected condos during your stay, giving your group plenty of room to gather while still enjoying private sleeping spaces. The main condo features the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, and two bedrooms, while the two attached private suites each include a bedroom and full bathroom.

Check-in is simple with a personalized keyless entry code sent before your arrival.

As guests of Black Butte Ranch, you`ll also enjoy access to the Ranch`s outstanding amenities, including swimming pools, hot tubs, golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts, fitness centers, miles of walking and biking trails, restaurants, and more. Please stop at the Welcome Center upon arrival to receive your gate passes and complete your resort check-in.

Three-Unit Layout
Your reservation includes three connected condos reserved exclusively for your group. The main condo features the kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, and laundry, while the two attached private suites each include a bedroom and full bathroom. This unique layout offers the perfect balance of shared gathering space and private retreats.

Black Butte Ranch Resort
All guests are required to stop at the Welcome Center upon arrival to receive gate passes and complete resort check-in. A daily resort fee applies and provides access to Black Butte Ranch`s pools, hot tubs, golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts, fitness centers, walking and biking trails, and other resort amenities.

Seasonal Fireplaces
The fireplaces are available during the cooler months, and complimentary firewood is provided. During the summer, fireplaces are unavailable due to seasonal fire restrictions.

House Guidelines
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No parties or events.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, joints, and other smoking products. If smoke odor or evidence of smoking is found, including cigarette or cigar butts, ash, or residue, the guest may be charged up to $500 for additional cleaning, odor removal, remediation, and related costs.
• Please use all furnishings and appliances for their intended use.
• Pets are allowed at the house. Mandatory pet fee will apply.
• Pet rules: no pets on furniture, pick up waste, no unattended pets unless crated, keep on leash outdoors, report accidents immediately, guest liable for damage.
• Renters must display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in ticket or towing of vehicle at vehicle owner`s expense.
• No children under the age of 12 permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision.
•Never stand on hot tub cover. Renter will be responsible for any damage due to misuse.
• All guests and vehicles must register at the Welcome Center upon arrival to Black Butte Ranch.
