The property has a lot for families, the indoor pool was very nice along with the hot tub. We did not use the outdoor pool, as it was not warm weather. I would say that the rooms are very outdated. The room we stayed in furniture was outdated cabinets, etc. The shower/bathroom was definitely needing to be renovated But overall, I would say it was a decent property.

Ideal Door County location

I have stayed at Scandinavian Lodge a few times before and it is always a pleasure. It's in a great location to all the attractions of Door County. The unit was nicely decorated and spotless. I highly recommend Scandinavian Lodge.

Great family place.

Nice Place Rude Staff

We enjoyed our stay and I would rate this place higher if not for the unfriendly staff! The staff at the front desk was nice at check-in, but immediately after they turned to one of the most unfriendly, rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. They completely ignore guests after check in. When returning from being out you pass right by the front. desk. In 3 days I never received a “ hello” “how are things” “any questions.” Just rude. The front desk employees acted as tho they were mad people were there. A little customer acknowledgement would go a long way.
