The holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and is very centrally located in Colombare di Sirmione. You can reach everything on foot from here: the supermarket next door, restaurants, bars and the beach in a few minutes. Bicycles can also be parked in the bicycle racks in the courtyard of the building, which is secured with a gate.
The holiday flat is on the 1st floor of a multi-family house and has a large living room with living room, TV, balcony, dining table for 6 people + high chair for children, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) and lots of equipment for cooking. There is one bedroom with balcony overlooking the park, double bed, air conditioning and additional single bed. The second bedroom is also air-conditioned and has a bunk bed, which can optionally be prepared as a double bed. The beautiful bathroom offers shower, WC, bidet and washing machine.
