Comfortable properly and worked for my stay in Sioux Falls

Communication with the owner was very good, and he was responsive to an issue that came up during my stay. The properly was nice and an good shape. The only negative was that some of the house rules were a bit "over the top".

Perfect location!

The place was amazing. We were a mile (easy walk) to downtown and falls area (a little further to get to actual falls). We had tons of room. Owner controls A/C remotely, but we were always comfortably cool. There are some other house rules like... no shoes inside and no frying foods in oil... that you should know ahead of time, but make sense in terms of keeping the place so clean. Would definitely want to stay here again if we return to Sioux Falls. Location, location, location! Alex was great!

Family fun

My family was traveling to Sioux Falls and we had members coming from all directions. This house was perfect for our group. We were able to create a ‘home’ atmosphere that a hotel cannot offer. Alex was very easy to work with and super accommodating. The location was also ideal being close to Falls Park, the Cathedral and only minutes away from the outdoor activities we wanted to do.

Wonderful accommodations for a last minute getaway!

Alex was great to work with and always quick to respond to questions. The property was exactly as described, and was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was close to downtown and a great location - we will be staying there when we’re in the area again!
