We had a great King bed suite with a kitchenette. Our room was updated and very comfortable. A pleasant surprise for a decent price.

The hotel is run fairly well and pretty clean. Staff was okay on check in. Location is not optimal, unless you are headed to the mall. But, plenty of restaurants and fast food nearby. Overall, pretty average hotel.

Check in there was no one at desk. Sign indicated to dial 0 which I did. Unfortunately the portable phone which I presume is what the absent person should have been carrying, was ringing where I was standing. I tried 4 times. Finally after six minutes she appeared with only her personal phone in her hand. She never acknowledged or apologized. On checkout next morning, Zach at front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. I got 15 minutes on road and realized I left my wallet in breakfast area. I called and Zach put me on brief hold and returned to say he found it I went back for it and appreciated his quick response

The hotel and room was very clean, our English Bull Terrier was welcome, the breakfast was top notch, and the shower was grand!! The lobby and staff were welcoming, and it is a place we would stay again!

Room was not very clean and bed was not very comfortable, but it was quiet, bath and shower were pretty good, and air conditioner worked well. Overall the room was adequate. “Free” breakfast was pathetic. The hotel is back in an area surrounded by a lot of other buildings, making it a little hard to find.

Only thing we did not like was the bed. Bed springs dug into our backs. I slept on the couch. This stop was to rest on a long trip. No such luck. Can’t complain about the facilities or the staff.
