Renovierungsbedarf

Schönes Haus mit guter Lage und in Strandnähe, allerdings mit Renovierungsbedarf in der Küche und den Bädern! Die Küche muss dringend erneuert werden, da sich durch einen alten Wasserschaden ein modriger, schimmeliger Greuch im Wohnbereich ausbreitet sobald eine Schranktür der Küche geöffnet wird. Die Duschkabine und die Handtuchhalter in den Bädern sollten auch ersetzt werden.
