This spacious apartment is located on the ground floor of the small-scale Vista Maris complex, on the headland of Sint-Annaland. From the garden, guests can enjoy beautiful views over the Oosterschelde estuary, where sailing boats occasionally appear on the horizon. On the other side of the apartment, the balcony overlooks the charming harbour and the traditional Zeeland windmills that give Sint-Annaland its picturesque character.
The bright living area is attractively furnished and divided into a comfortable sitting area and an open kitchen. The sitting area features a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, television and nautical-inspired details that reflect the seaside setting. The open kitchen includes a large dining table with seating for six and is fully equipped with a hob, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each located on a different side of the accommodation. The bedroom on the sea side has a double bed with two separate mattresses, bedside tables with lights and a wardrobe. From this room, guests can look directly out over the Oosterschelde and access the north-facing garden with outdoor furniture. The second bedroom is located on the harbour side and also has a double bed with two separate mattresses, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a television.
From the harbour-side bedroom and kitchen, guests can step onto the south-facing balcony of 17.4 m2, furnished for six people and ideal for enjoying the sun while overlooking the harbour of Sint-Annaland.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with rain shower and separate shower head, a washbasin with mirror and a hairdryer. The toilet with hand basin is separate from the bathroom.
