Solanas

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa con amici e bambini. La casa si trova molto vicino al mare. È molto ben fornita e accessoriata. Casa davvero accogliente con una sala davvero grande. Doccia esterna molto ben fruibile e barbecue esterno enorme. La zona è perfetta con mare fantastico. Il paesino è piuttosto piccolo e ha ben poco da offrire, ma gli spostamenti sono agevoli. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile con consigli e indicazioni puntuali e molto cordiali

Wir würden dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen

Andrea ist sehr bemüht und sehr nett. Er war sofort erreichbar und hat versucht alle aufkommende Probleme zu lösen, aber…. das Haus und der Garten sind ungepflegt, verschmutzt und bieten keine Möglichkeiten für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Sanitäranlagen (Toiletten, Duschen und Bidets) im EG konnten nicht genutzt werden, weil es fast nach jedem Gebrauch vollgelaufen waren. Wir können sehr viele Fotos/Nachweisbilder zur Verfügung stellen. Mückenplage ist unbeschreiblich (dafür kann der Vermieter nichts) aber die Insektenrollos an den Fenstern/ Moskitonetze im ganzen Haus ( besonders in Schlafräumen) kaputt und alt. Wir sind nicht empfindlich, aber es war wirklich nicht auszuhalten. Sehr gutes Grill und eine gute Küche für die, die selbst kochen möchten, sind vorhanden. Die Dusche draußen war unser Urlaubsrettung:( Ich möchte jeder Familie (besonders mit Kindern) davon abzuraten, dieses Haus zu buchen!

Ottima scelta

Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie (4 adulti e 4 bambini) nel mese di Agosto. La casa è vicina al mare, alla bella spiaggia di Solanas raggiungibile a piedi in poco tempo. La casa si adatta bene a due famiglie affiatate per numero di camere e spazi comuni; è pulita e ben tenuta. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. L'unico consiglio che posso dare al proprietario è "rivedere" un pò il giardino e lo spazio per i due posti auto, ma ovviamente è un parere personale. In generale valutazione ottima e sicuramente da consigliare.

Der Aufenthalt in Solanas war genauso erholsam, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Die Angaben zum Haus und zur Lage entsprachen zu 100 Prozent der Beschreibung und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank auch an den Vermieter, der jederzeit ansprechbar war .

Casa ben ubicata, a poche decine di metri dalla bellissima spiaggia di Solanas. arredamento rustico, zanzariere dappertutto e una zona esterna in cui siamo stati benissimo. proprietario gentile e disponibile anche a tarda notte. siamo rimasti molto contenti.

Confermate tutte le mie aspettative. la casa si trova in un ottimo contesto, molto vicino a una spiaggia di sabbia, quella di Solanas. il check in è stato veloce e dopo 10min eravamo in spiaggia. la dotazione della casa rispecchia gli accessori dell'annuncio. ottimi i servizi del vanity beach, lo stabilimento più vicino. Andrea ci ha dato tutte le informazioni. è una bravissima persona. consiglio questa villa.

VACANZA OK!

Dopo una mezza truffa ricevuta da una casa vacanze attualmente pubblicata sul medesimo sito ho provato a trovare una sistemazione d'emergenza in modo da non rovinarmi le vacanze. questa Villa si è rivelata per me un'ancora di salvezza, un porto sicuro per me e la mia famiglia. Andrea è stato incredibilmente attento alle nostre esigenze e non riuscirò mai a ringraziarlo per gli aiuti ricevuti nella settimana precedente. questo immobile, vicinissimo alla spiaggia, trova una sua tranquillità nella ubicazione in cui è situata. il confort è di alto livello! sono soddisfatto e mi congratulo con il proprietario. eccellente soluzione.

sistemazione confortevole, con giardino. Avevamo la spiaggia a un passo e questo ci ha consentito di fare un tuffo ogni giorno nello splendido mare Sardo. casa dotata di tanti optional. adatta a chi piace fare il barbecue. proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile. lo consigliamo!!

tutto fantastico!!

Ordinata, pulita, ampia e confortevole. Pregi del tutto non facili da trovare. ricordo per caso altre esperienze non proprio positive. Qui la cordialità è di casa. abbiamo avuto ad esempio un problema alla lavatrice. dopo un giorno è stata montata una nuova lavatrice. altri l'avrebbero tirata per le lunghe e non ci avrebbero soddisfatto come invece qui è successo. la zona esterna di questa casa ti mette a contatto con la natura. a parte qualche zanzara presente che è andata via con un po' di insetticida, il resto è stato davvero impeccabile. la villa è a un passo dal mare, priorità del nostro viaggio, e vicinissima al centro. ricorderò con piacere questa vacanza.

bella esperienza!! siamo molto contenti

seppur in bassa stagione abbiamo trascorso due settimane in Sardegna. siamo stati molto fortunati perchè il tempo si è rivelato dalla nostra parte. quanto all'immobile, siamo stati davvero bene. Era comodo, fresco, con questo bel giardino che circonda la casa. la spiaggia, a un passo, era tutta per noi (o quasi). Consigliata e promossa a pieni voti. il proprietario è stato gentile ed affidabile. perfetto!!

Una stupenda vacanza di giugno

Solanas (CA), annuncio 6703812 Io la mia famiglia e un'altra coppia di amici siamo stati ospiti in questa meravigliosa villa dotata di giardino, veramente vicina alla spiaggia. Confermo quindi la qualità e il conforto trovato all'interno della casa che si trova ubicata in un vicolo vicino al mare. Posso anche confermare la gentilezza, la simpatia e l'impegno del proprietario, che ci ha accompagnato con suggerimenti, raccomandazioni, dritta per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Il paesino, nonostante fosse non nel pieno dell'attività lavorativa nel nostro periodo, è di grande interesse in quanto, vicinissimo a una meravigliosa spiaggia è dotato dei servizi di primaria necessità, si trova anche vicino al paese più grande di Villasimius a che però abbiamo notato essere più affollato e soprattutto lontano dalle spiagge. Torneremo sicuramente in quanto siamo stati veramente bene! Saluti da Trento
