anbei ein Auszug unseres Schreibens an den Vermieter:wir haben die Wohnung am 19.5.25 bezogen und am 20.5. gegen Mittag wieder verlassen, da wir nicht gewillt waren/sind eine gemietete Wohnung in der 2. Etage über eine Feuertreppe aufzusuchen, obwohl im Haus ein normales Treppenhaus vorhanden ist. Auch der Transport des Gepäcks in einem Handwagen über einen Schotterweg zur Hausrückseite zu besagter Treppe ist unzumutbar. Zumal man direkt vor dem Gebäude halten und das Gepäck über das inhäusige großzügig gestaltete Treppenhaus transportieren könnte.
