The hotel is fairly new and is very well maintained. We loved the infinity pool, with its partial shade. The local area is clean and safe. Breakfasts are excellent with a wide range of menu options from around the world. Staff are both friendly and efficient. The hotel is located very close to subway lines. It is a true 5* hotel.

The Cook & Brew food option is dreadful. I complained but was ignored. Some of the hand towels are past their best and the overall towel quality is not as I recall westin. Breakfast plates are either oversized, heavy or tiny saucer like designed presumably to reduce consumption. No bidet hose. The Westin brand is not what it was. There are much better options at this price point in SG. Staff moral seems low, and they seem understaffed. Very disappointing

Wow - what a great place! The staff were great (especially a chef in the Lounge), beautiful room and the MRT was right there making it easy to get everywhere. If we visit Singapore again we will definitely stay here.
