We stay here for our 30th anniversary. The hotel is clean and the staff are super helpful. The hotel is also close the MRT station as well which makes it super easy to get around.

Very pleasant hotel in great location - walking distance from Clarke Quay activity but far enough away to avoid noise and late night activities there if you wish. Small but clean, very comfortable rooms with all the facilities you would expect at 5 star level. Enjoyed our stay, but rate 4 out of 5 for avfew reasons that may matter less to you a) no a la carte breakfast option ( full buffet or nothing), other "unusual responses" at restaurant - when returning late afternoon on a hot humid Saturday attempting to order cold drinks and ice cream, was "we dont do dessert on weekends". Service in general very polite but sometimes not responsive. A small oversight in house keeping, not replenishing toilet paper becomes frustrating when an hour after calling to request more TP, a guest can use bathroom functionality as no TP has arrived. None of these is huge deal but taken collectively for me prevents straight 5 star rating. However overall very pleasant stay

Overall had a good stay at the hotel, friendly staff and quiet environment. The hotel is in a convenient location to get the trains, buses and a taxi without hassle. Lots of restaurants located at Clarke quay just few minutes away from the hotel. When I arrived at the property I was tired and jet lagged and it took close to 30minutes for me to just check in to my room because there was a queue of other guests also checking in, i believe they can work on that to be faster The only thing I didn’t like is that the housekeeping was cleaning the room as late as 4-5pm this would be the time I got back to my room to refresh and go to my next location only to find they haven’t cleaned the room yet. It was a bit of an inconvenience when I wanted to prepare and they came knocking to clean up at that hour. Otherwise good hotel, and very helpful staff

The hotel is located between Clark and Robertson Quay. Apart from good quality restaurants along the river and a small shopping mall across the road from the hotel, the area is very quiet. Our room, whilst small, was comfortable, very clean and had good air con. Unfortunately we overlooked a construction site across the road so noise and privacy were an issue. Management did offer us a room change but my husband spent most of our visit in bed with a virus so we were unable to accept. Pool area is very pleasant. Breakfast was quite good, although it took me three days to realize there was an area elsewhere providing cooked eggs. Overall, this is a high quality hotel with courteous staff and comfortable facilities.
