A extremely terrible hotel, stains on bed sheets. I moved out after 1 night and show the photos to the manager. Yet they refuse to refund. They change another room but also stain on the bed.

Check-in is incredibly inconvenient. I already provided all the information when I made my reservation, but upon check-in, I had to fill it all out again, even taking photos. These unnecessary steps take up a lot of time, and many people have experienced long waits at check-in.

Appreciate the daily room clean and the complimentary water and towels in the gym and swimming pool. The self service laundromat is useful but slightly pricey. Given that Singaporeans are known for their friendliness, the receptionists staff could do with some addittional training on this aspect. The room space is perfect for one but could be a struggle for three. The soft bed keeps rolling out when being used as a sofa. The location and entertaining are all within walking distance of the property but in the scotching sun, it may not be comfortable. Also, care should be put towards the shower head cleaning moulds were spotted. Also housekeep should check the toiletries as I ran out of showel gel. Neverthless, my stay was pleasant and may use the hotel again.

Amazing location near the River, walking distance to heaps of restaurants. Cannot fault the hotel, attentive staff, large range of breakfast options. One of the best I've stayed at in Singapore

Arrived at 3 pm and got assigned a room which was not what I booked. Was promised the right room once I’d be back from my meetings at 6pm, was then told to wait 30-40 minutes, had to wait 2 hours until I got my room at 8 pm. Was treated with an attitude at the bar when I asked for a tomato juice with the complimentary drink I received as compensation, and told I could only have a pineapple one. Long queues at the reception as everyone was complaining. I experienced staff and lack of process, which all results in wasting clients time.

Missing bell boy and no sitting in the lobby area

I wish there is Bell boy at the front to help out with luggage. The trolleys are broken with punctured wheels and none seems to be working properly. It is chaotic moving luggage up if you have lots of stuff. There is no sitting area in the lobby which is a huge inconvenience. The restaurant does not serve local food which a bit of disappointment. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the studio room.

Somewhat close to Chinatown area, while you need to go up and down the overpass stairs. It is not close to the Metro and it is inconvenient to get to the sightseeing hub. The facility in the hotel closes very quickly and there are no bathroom on the 1st or lobby area. If you checked out, then you are out of your luck. It is so hard to check in to the hotel, since you have to do all the registration on your phone. The lobby is so tiny that it becomes like a zoo often. There are not enough seats for anyone in the lobby to sit.
