Everything was fabulous! Staff were super helpful, room was very comfortable and roomy and the bed was sumptuous. Just been by the pool and it was cool, refreshing and plenty of comfy beds around it. We loved our stay in Room 1810. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and we were assisted with our luggage. The Reception desk staff were friendly and although our room wasn't ready (due to our early arrival), we were contacted when it was, within a short time. Our room was clean, spacious and met our needs. We ate in the Executive Lounge for breakfast and again the staff were attentive and happy to assist us. The Pool area is lovely with plenty of towels and deck chairs. Location is perfect for access to MRT and shopping all around. We will definitely stay again.
