Fantastic family-friendly stay! The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a fantastic location close to everything we needed. While the pool is on the smaller side, it has a great little water slide that the kids absolutely loved. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful yet kid-approved place to stay!

Great location right by the river for easy walking and bus / metro less than a 10min walk. Nice hotel for the budget. Rooms were very small, the single beds are tight. But clean, basic, well priced, helpful staff. Overall a good experience, would recommend it.

This place is crap and truly disgusting. Shame on Expedia for letting this property be displayed and available for customers to book. Rooms were disgusting, hallways were nasty. We ended up not staying there and loosing our money but that was much better then having my family stay in a filthy hotel. I would tell everyone not to stay at this property and waste their money. I have pictures of all the rooms they wanted us to stay at. One room even had cigarette smoke.

The greatest asset you have to your Property is your front desk start. She was amazing. I cannot remember her name but really looked after us took care of everything and also gave us an upgrade to Santosa Island for a couple of days thank you kindly He certainly made our trip pleasurable
