My absolute favorite thing about the property was the bed!!!!!I LOVE a firm mattress and this hotel delivered. I got some of the best sleep on the mattress. I will be contacting them to get the brand of mattress so that I could purchase one. I know that the property went thru a full renovation and all I can say is that the money was well-spent. The overall hotel was 5-star with ambiance! food! personnel and location. The staff were friendly, professional, responsive and helpful. BIG Kudos on the customer service! This hotel is a people first hotel and I will definitely be back!!! If for nothing else, I will be back for the bed!!

Great Hotel and well located

I would highly recommend this hotel in Singapore. Well located near Raffles and Clarke Quay, lovely modern rooms, hotel staff were very helpful and the pool was refreshing in the Singapore Heat.

We had adjoining room doors to another room. Very noisy. Doors are not insulated or sound proof. We were able to be moved to another room without an adjoining door. Much quieter and enjoyable. Thank you to the staff for looking after us.

The building is quite old and the air-conditioning didnt work well in the room. There was also a horrible smell from the shower - i think there were a few problems withe drainage. Overall a good location, the buildinf just needs some upkeep. Staff were lovely.

Great hotel and great location in the center of Singapore! The small issue we ran into was the fact we didn’t receive room service despite not having the “Do Not Disturb” enabled. Also, we had no spare toilet paper due to the fact we didn’t receive any room service, and the shower door did not close well, resulting in small flooding of the bathroom floor. Nonetheless, it’s a good hotel, but a particular situation we experienced.

Good clean rooms with friendly staff, good wifi. Close to train subway station, taxis were always available outside when we required one, shops and food halls very close by, convenient location. Only negative was TV kept freezing when relaxing trying to watch a movie or news.

Super nice stay for the price

Good hotel for the price paid versus the location. Well situated near main downtown attractions and close walking distance to MRT stations on two lines. The room we had (in North tower) was facing the fire station, and next to the elevators. We heard sirens relatively frequently, and some noise from the elevators. It did not really bother us, but probably some would be annoyed... The bathroom was clean but had some mold stains. It did not bother us either, but again, would bother some people... We would stay there again.
