My absolute favorite thing about the property was the bed!!!!!I LOVE a firm mattress and this hotel delivered. I got some of the best sleep on the mattress. I will be contacting them to get the brand of mattress so that I could purchase one. I know that the property went thru a full renovation and all I can say is that the money was well-spent. The overall hotel was 5-star with ambiance! food! personnel and location. The staff were friendly, professional, responsive and helpful. BIG Kudos on the customer service! This hotel is a people first hotel and I will definitely be back!!! If for nothing else, I will be back for the bed!!

A Good choice to stay when you are in Singapore

The hotel room is clean, has good size room with a modern design. The hotel location is convenient, it’s not far from the City Hall MRT Station and very near to Funan Mall, where you can have plenty choices of restaurants & eateries, from here we can directly go to City Hall MRT via the underpass.

I booked the hotel cause of Singapore National Day preview.Could watch the performance & fireworks at the comfort of the hotel.Check in take time as they was quite a number of guest wanting to check in.whereas check out was within seconds.Its nice of them to create a link asking guest what time they will be checking out.

It is very central. It is right next to a mall and two other malls are on walking distance. MBS and gardens by the way are also walkable(20-30) mins. The area is very walk friendly. The location was a one of the main reasons why we went with the hotel and it did not disappoint. The only negative thing was checkin experience. We arrived early. They refused to entertain us that checking was at 3 PM. We took an early flight so we were really tired by 3 PM. At 3 PM they realized that room that we booked was not ready. The lady did try to compensate, but experience was exhausting. We checked in around 4 PM.

Clean, great amenities. Close to public transport options and Funan shopping centre. Super helpful and friendly staff, helped us with navigating the city. Used the gym and pool a couple of times, also clean and easy to access from the main lobby. Left our luggage with concierge after checkout so we could wander the city before our late flight. Perfect for our 3 night stay!

Great hotel in central location to everything.

This is the second time on our stopover in Singapore that we stayed at the Wyndham Singapore. It is in a great location that you are central to walking to the Gardens at the Bay, Clarke Quay and for a Singapore Sling at Raffles. I would definitely stay here again, the staff at check in were fabulous providing us with early check in and late checkout. The room was spacious and clean, excellent choice for breakfast as well.

Very disappointing that the Lobby Bar closes at 10.00 p.m. , with last orders at 9.00 p.m. The Wi-Fi was very patchy and unreliable and needs to be upgraded -- it was much better when I stayed at this hotel in September last year ( i.e. before the extensive renovations had been done ) Still the same problem that a guest staying in a room in the North Tower has to take the lift down to the Lobby and walk across the Lobby to the 5th Floor of the South Tower to access where breakfast is served ( and then in reverse to go back to their room )

You can connect directly to Changi Airport on the East-West Line. There are shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Busy area but rooms are quiet for a peaceful rest at night. You can walk to Clarke Quay in under 10 minutes where there are loads of restaurants and bars. I didn't include breakfast nor use any of the hotel facilities as I was out most of the time. For me, I wanted a convenient clean hotel in a good central location, a nice comfortable bed and act5f hot shower to come back to at night. This was perfect for me. I would stay here again.
