We stayed 3 nights and found the staff were so nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and there is an MRT station just around the corner from the hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious however the bed was like a rock and the pillows so uncomfortable. Not a great sleep over the 3 nights. Which was disappointing considering this was our last stay before heading back to Australia.

Stayed here for a 36 hour transit in Singapore. Hotel is superbly located next to Clarke Quay Central and the Clarke Quay MRT. Everything you could possibly need was nearby. Renovated room was nicely done. Only complaint is that there was a massive step to get into the combined bath/shower. Would stay here again.

Amazing as always

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. We LOVE the location, walkability to everything, fantastic breakfast buffet and food choices, fun pool, great night swimming, awesome staff, ammenities, and very comfortable large rooms and firm supportive beds and pillows. This is our favorite Singapore Hotel so far on all our many trips here. We wish they kept the older yellow and warm paint scheme on the hotel as it was more inviting. This time all the exterior walls are painted a more muted greyish color. Not bad, just not as inviting visually but at least the fresh paint looks new.

The Paradox completely met all our needs. Close to MRT, walkable sites of interest, a pool, larger rooms, extremely clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful and informative. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Singapore
