The location, the hotel itself and the breakfast were all excellent. The best experience. Don’t doubt to stay here!. There was only 1 front desk person who is really apathetic. He seems very checked out. He wasn’t rude but just not hospitable at all

Hotel is in a great location. Close to metro and all the areas we wanted to visit. Bed is against the wall on 3 sides. So slightly inconvenient if you need to get up in the middle of night... and are in the back.

This is my 3rd stay in Lfy funan. Sadly it was not up to the usual standard in term of staffs and service. Check in was very slow with ONE staff serving a long line of customers. Online check in machine wasnt working well and after filling in all details, i still have to queue up at the one staff counter to check in. All the staff are very young and inexperience. They are not very helpful and lack professionalism. Didnt bother to inform me that free breakfast is available on weekdays either! The kitchen which was well stocked previously now lacks most common ingredients. I wanted some salt but can't find any in the kitchen. The staff at the reception said i will have to pay for it! A teaspoon of salt...whats the point of having a kitchen when basics are not catered for! The room is also getting very tired looking and in need of updating and deep cleaning (bathroom). Wont be staying here again, shame, location is excellent!
