We had an excellent stay at lyf Funan in the 2 of a Kind room and couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was nearly perfect from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with great views and a well equipped kitchen that made our stay extra comfortable. The bed was cozy, the layout was smart, and housekeeping clearly did a great job. The hotel’s central location inside Funan Mall is a huge plus. Convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city. Breakfast was good and satisfying, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt modern, relaxed, and welcoming. There were just a few very minor hiccups: the half shower door allowed water to escape, especially with the teens, the vanity lighting was a little dim, and the power outlet below the sink made it tricky to keep an adapter plugged in. That said, these were small issues and did not take away from our overall experience. We truly had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend lyf Funan to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and centrally located hotel.

The room was spotless and the staff were very courteous. Our problem was that with our advancing years we chose a room that was raised up on a plinth and we found it very difficult to get in and out of.

Included breakfast was horrible. We stayed for 4 nights and only had breakfast the first morning. It was like food you serve at a shelter. The dining area was also too small and there were not enough seats for everyone. Place was overpriced for hostel-like conditions.

Location is amazing. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. We stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment as a family of 5. It was nice to have separate bedrooms as well as a central dining and kitchen area, and 2 bathrooms. The only thing that was strange was that the entrance to the bathrooms did not have doors. This meant that you had to get changed after a shower in the shower which was not ideal. I can’t imagine a situation (travelling with family or a group of friends) where it would be ok not to have door here.

Its a great place - though geared for the new/young crowd. Didn't matter though, we were right at home. Location is excellent - in the middle of everything Singapore! And what you get is reasonably priced!
