All was very good. Our room is cleaned everyday. Staff are helpful and respectful Very satisfied with everything...except the food since we are from the Philippines so there was not much choice in the array of food prepared but we understand the reason behind it. So, in terms of food, this is not our hotel to be. But thank you. We had a good 3 night stay. Good luck and more power..😊

The rooms are small and relatively dated. The staff from reception to the cleaners are courteous and friendly. Special mention to Sheng (manager) and Lulu (cleaner) who made our 2.5 weeks' stay very pleasant. Location of the hotel is the highlight; public transport (buses and metro train) is within walking distance and there are plenty of quality restaurants and eating places nearby. Overall, a pretty average accommodation for the money but located at a rather convenient spot.
