The room was clean and bed was comfotable. The check-in staff and the cleaning maid were very kind and friendly and very helpful. The breakfast restaurant in the morning was a bit loud and chaotic. The layout and the queues for the breakfast food has room for improvement. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others as a a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

The two people I dealt with at check in were lovely but, I checked in, went out, had to re check in because they lost it. Elevator very rough, scared it would stop with me in it. Pool!! OMG!! Not relaxing at all. The air conditioning motors for every room on that side were four feet from the pool the entire length of it and so incredibly noisy I put my headphones on full and could still hear them. The rooms are not noise proof and the people of a certain nationality have no respect for anyone in the middle of the night. Also, pretty sure it’s in the “RED LIGHT DISTRICT” which they could have mentioned on the website. No wifi at the pool. Not that you’d hear anything as the aircon motors for all the rooms in that side are literally next to the pool. So noisy . Not relaxing at all. Tv won’t work properly, can get the few Chanel’s that are live and even then it’s only The News from Asian or American countries. Bath is tiny and hard to get in and out of unless fit. Very slippery. Almost slipped over. Who uses a bath when you’re away anyway. Shower is easier. Air-conditioner is good Hot water for the tea coffee is lukewarm. They spent good money on a hot water unit instead of electric jug and it doesn’t even work.
