All the staff were friendly. The location is perfect as it is very close to Lavender MRT w/c made travelling convenient. Lots of dining options nearby.

Hotel Boss is the Worst hotel that we have ever seen in our life. Room space is too small and no glasses, cups etc are provided in rooms. No drinking water is available in rooms. Staff is too rude and disrespectful. No Room service or House keeping is provided. Gym is in very bad shape. Charges for room are very high as compared to other Hotels in neighbourhood. No one should opt for this Hotel for stay in Singapore. IT IS TERRIBLE for stay with extremely dirty premises.
