This is a very basic hotel. What it lacks in anything in the way of style or extras is made up for by location, location, location. It’s a perfectly fine hotel for those on a budget. It’s a brilliant hotel form walking around most of Singapore city.

I always stay here when in Singapore. Room just right. Staff excellent. Area around hotel has great food and any shopping you may need. Only improvements would be more tv stations, clean between windows and more electric outlets.

Clean, great staff, perfectly functional. Small rooms if you have much luggage (two suitcases plus a daypack is a squeeze). Two people would have to be VERY understanding of each other's needs! Great for a single person though. Awesome location in Chinatown, right next to Chinatown MRT station, which has multiple lines. Lots of buses as well, but that's all over Singapore. No real downsides unless you're a diva.
