There was a Super Bright Green LED light on the smoke detector on the ceiling. This super bright green LED light was reflecting and scattering from the glass door in front of it making the room crazy Green-Sparkling-Bright at night. Had a hard time getting proper sleep. Does this LED on the smoke detector have to be that bright, and in front of a glass door? When we lie down on bed, these super bright LEDs really have an adverse effect.

Housekeeping staff, Not breakfast staff though, they were like Vulture's, go to get another coffee your meals gone, happened 3 times yesterday even with family looking out they slip in and trash your meals and knife n fork. Now you have to walk n fight all over again. Happened only once today. I had to talk to a Supervisor. One bright star on the breakfast crew was "May" an older lady who got me some fruit and yogurt.

You can judge places and people by their response when things do not go right. We had a small emergency in the middle of the night. The staff here were brilliant. Thank you. This is a large hotel so breakfast, which was excellent, was quite busy but there are notices advising of the busiest periods. Very good location. Small gym and great rooftopswimming pool. .

The room was spotless and the staff were great! Enjoyed the varied selections at breakfast. The location is very convenient. The only downside was the size of the bathroom. We had a twin room and the bathroom was smaller than some cruise ship bathrooms
