I was surprised the hotel was a pet friendly hotel. There were a lot of dogs sitting at the dinner table . Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours who were still chatting incessantly at 2.30am. Not somewhere I’d stay again.

The staff are very helpful. The room was clean, although it was hard to find spots in the room to place our luggage. We had a problem with the air-conditioning three days before departure but we were given an upgrade to a junior suite on the 13th floor and it was great. The breakfasts are ample and delicious. The hotel is quite attractive. The WHAMPAO Market (fruit, veggies, food) is nearby as well as the Shaw Shopping Centre.

Fantastic stay, not as close to downtown as I would have preferred but thats my fault not the hotel. Breakfast was ample fresh and everything was readily available. Pool on 4th floor was very small. Gym was equipped Ok. Everywhere was clean and the maid service was excellent. The reception staff are extremely helpful and professional.
