fantastic staff, super helpful, hotel very well located near art and bus stations, common area very clean, room a bit small but very clean and quiet. It's a very nice place if one is not picky and like to stay in convenient place. Staff is nice and helpful, atmosphere in public areas around reception is great. Coffee machine operates whole day f.o.c., many working stations and place to hang around.

Fantastic spot to base yourself if visiting for leisure, easily walkable to all of Chinatown and to multiple train stations along with plenty of bus stops close by to get around to various parts of the city. It was clean and pleasant, while being tucked away from the hustle and bustle to get a good rest

I had the medium sized room which was ample for my needs as a solo traveller attending a sporting event in Singapore. Started here for 13 nights and could not fault the staff at all. My only complaint would be the size of the plunge pool but it was clean and well maintained. I would definitely considering staying here if I come back to Singapore.

The property is located close to everything you need and provides services really helpful to the tourist. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The pricing was good; the photos are obviously staged to present the best impression. In reality, the building is a little tired and the rooms are small. Netflix is not free as advertised but WiFi is. I would stay again but be more mindful of upgrading the room.

Amazing hotel. My friend and I had the double twin room and although it was smaller than it looked in pictures, it was still very spacious. The bathroom was also very modern and well furnished. The only thing I have to say it was that the shower drain wasn’t as fast as it could be which meant water would go everywhere (bathroom was a wet room so it was fine) and get higher. Cleaning was done every 3-4 days, but they also had a system in place if you needed anything earlier. The hotel is also very well situated. It is near a small mall and plaza that sells local foods, has a grocery store and small markets, as well as many restaurants and bakeries. It is also very close to Chinatown (less than 15-minute walk). The nearest MRT station is about a 10-15 minute walk away, but there are many bus stops around the hotel that will get you pretty much anywhere. Overall, this hotel was beautifully furnished and maintained. Very well organized as well, especially for their shared common space. A perfect stay and at a very affordable price too. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

It was really bad. There were a few staff who tried their best to assist- and appreciate the effort but there were many issues with dirty room, no room service (we stayed for 6 nights) , room not as advertised, urgent issues not being assisted with and general wear and tear.
