The most disgusting hotel we've ever seen. Terrible service, terrible staff. To be more specific, not a single request was answered. When we called the hotel and asked why they weren't responding to our inquiries, we received the response: "Unfortunately, your reservation wasn't made directly, so we can't help you." Absolutely terrible. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially during Christmas and New Year's. It was simply disgusting.

Rooms were clean and housekeeping was prompt . Breakfast spread was good with Chinese, Malay, Indian and western selection. Will stay again in the bigger rooms with lounge access
