No elevator, walk up to 4th floor everyday. On first day, i got staff to help carried it up. Luckily i arrived before 8pm. I put the sign on everyday to clean the room but never did. Room is nice, good mattress, good necessary amenities provided, the fridge is too cold, all food i put in were iced. During my stay, it’s quite noisy, there’s the beep sound in the staircase area on all night, and most noisy is the morning from 8-11am, all the doors opening and closing. My room can hear very clear.

We were in a room without windows, they say we were « upgraded » but I just think people before us just ask to switch. No cleaning during 4days without any fresh air. The smell wasn’t this great because of the lack of ventilation. That’s a shame

Good location with many dining option, about 15mins walk to MRT station. Although house rules say No Durian, I could smell the durian in staircase. Helpful staff at the reception to communicate through WhatsApp as I was planning to check in outside of their office hours.

This was by far the worst travel experience in a long while, starting with a lengthy back and forth trying to arrange a check-in after 7PM, took many messaging platforms, emails, phone calls, etc, to get anything out of them. I specifically booked a Premier Room for this trip, and on arrival they shoved me into a windowless stuido on the first floor, trying to gaslight me that I was "upgraded" because the shower had in my original room was broken. It took a lot more effort and arm-twisting to get any compensation out of them, making this overall a horrible experience that I'll never do business with Habyt at any location ever again.

The staffs are friendly, the room is pretty clean and cozy as well. I got a bit allergic at the first room we stayed and when I informed the receptionist, he quickly arranged a different room for us. Highly recommend it!

This place is perfect for the budget traveller. Simple small room, easish to get to from Changi about an hour in the mrt and bus 145. Also has a little side office I used for the day to work remotely. The man in front counter was awesome so friendly… I’ll use this little place again

The staff at Habyt Studios Novena were friendly and happy to help with our needs during our two week stay. The room was quite small but it made smart use of the space allowing us to keep and store the things we brought. Enjoyed using the kitchen for all our cooking needs. Nice bathroom and shower but the toilet is a bit too high leaving feet off the floor which I think would explain the loose toilet seat. The only big negative I can think of is there was construction/modifications being done to the property during the day for most of our stay. Very loud jackhammers causing heavy vibrations through our room and noise loud enough making it difficult at times to hear the TV or each other. Just bad timing I guess that we booked during this time of work being done.

The staff is very helpful and nice with the guests, thank you to all of you. I liked all that allows me to take a shower, cook, but there were some building renovations and working in the room was very difficult. The floor wasn't cleaned when I arrived but it had been quickly and well cleaned as soon as I asked for. The chair was half broken. There is some mold around the sink in the bathroom. I think I could come back another time after inquiring that everything is solved before my next stay.
