The hotel is close to City Hall station (very walkable). Appreciated the check in staff finding us a room early as we had experienced a gruelling flight from London. The room was spacious and user friendly but not a fan of roller blinds in shower cubicles as they went too far down and sat in the water retaining moisture. This probably added to the musty, mouldy smell that hit you as you entered the room. I’m sure this would be a problem for a lot of places considering the humidity and heat in Singapore. Breakfast was average. The layout is confusing and the options are basic but enough to get your day started. House keeping was very helpful and promptly provided extra tea etc when requested. Great location to base your stay.

Room was lovely & large, comfortable beds , only drawback was lack of place to put your clothes on or a place for your suitcase, bathroom also lacking hooks for hanging clothes/towel. Hotel was clean, and easily accessible.the watch person/staff member downstairs, was extremely helpful and professional, providing service with a smile. The only thing which spoilt the stay was the breakfast, very confusing, not organised, things in different places, variety of healthy savoury options limited, no halal options, hard to locate anything, small plates to add ur food , making it difficult especially as the small food locations scattered around, plus tiny glasses, needs reorganising big time/staff don’t understand when u ask basic question's around needing something

I cannot thank Grand Park City Hall enough for the 5 star service I received during my stay! It was comfortable and memorable. Nothing was too hard for them and it’s the little stuff that made all the difference! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Singapore! It’s central to everything and very convenient. Clean rooms and good service. The restaurant lacks atmosphere, but it’s a very central convenient spot to explore Singapore from. Rooms are great. The air con can be a little temperamental, but comfy bed and modern.

The staff were all super helpful and friendly - its the staff that make a venue, special note for Thanisha in the bar, really helpful lady! The hotel is in a really good location, easily walkable to Merlion and Raffles. Room was clean and comfy - very good!

Arrived at 7am as overnight flight from London. We were able to have our room at midday and used swimming pool before this. Staff really helpful. Breakfast a wide choice but seemed very cramped as hot buffet on bar next to reception seemed not enough spacefor sizeof hotel.

Very nice hotel, great location

Great location, lovely staff who were incredibly helpful with late check out and sorting one issue we had with the TV not working. Good sized room for Singapore. My only issue was the pillows which were narrow and hard, which supported your neck well but gave me earache as it was like lying on concrete. I asked for a softer pillow which was delivered with no fuss and was ok but a bit lumpy. Loads of amenities in the bathroom, but clearly they are used to catering for men on business as everything smelt very musky/manly, which my husband appreciated! Didn't eat in the restaurant as just so many amazing places to try nearby. Did have a cocktail which was a bit disappointing. Overall a great hotel and I would stay here again.
