The room we booked was spacious and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We caught a bug after swimming in the pool and were sick for couple of days, it really prevented us from enjoying the holiday. Wish the pool was maintained well or if he had known before we could have avoided swimming.

Good location nearby Chinatown. The room was a decent size, comfortable and clean. The hotel had lots of things you may need and there was food in walking distance. We asked for cleaning every second day as 4 adults in a room got messy and it was not an issue. Pool is great and also a gym which is basic. We asks for a late checkout and it was given. The buffet breakfast had so many options and the family loved it. If you have dietary requirements it was very limited with no options for gluten free or dairy free not even soy milk so I purchased my own.

Staff were excellent. Had a few hiccups along the way, which staff tried their best to remedy. AirConditioning could have been better and the WiFi was very ordinary, with dead spots in the room, even pocket WiFi did not help the situation. Room was very clean, and breakfast was great. Hotel was in a great spot handy to buses and the MRT. Overall was a great stay.

Great location. Clean, friendly.

Friendly staff. Clean, fridge in room. Drinking water dispenser on each floor. Breakfast included which had so many options. Was busy but staff kept on top of everything. Great location, between Chinatown and Clark quay MRTs. Also walkable to city centre.

My partner and I stayed at Furama City Centre for 9 nights in September and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent — right between Clarke Quay and Chinatown MRT stations, giving us easy access to everywhere we wanted to go in Singapore. Check-in was fast and easy, and our double room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely city view. We appreciated having a fridge in the room, and the hotel was quiet and relaxing after a day out exploring. There’s a large mall with a grocery store just opposite the hotel, and we loved being able to walk to Clarke Quay for dinner and drinks in the evening. Maxwell Food Centre is also just a 10-minute walk away — perfect for trying local dishes. Housekeeping came every 3 days, which worked well for us. The area has plenty of great restaurants and bars, and felt very safe and convenient throughout our stay. Highly recommended for couples looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in the heart of Singapore. We’d definitely stay again!
